Welcome to LoNeX. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application ("App") provided by MOJE MEDIA SDN BHD. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  • The App is intended for personal finance management and business record-keeping.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Malaysian law.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

  • To access some features, you may need to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

  • The App is a financial tracking tool, not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or lender.
  • We do not provide loans, financial advice, or investment services.
  • All financial data and reports are based on information entered by you.
  • You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on the App's reports.

  • By using the App, you agree that we may collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You remain the owner of all data you enter.
  • We are not liable for loss of data due to user negligence (e.g., unprotected device, account sharing).

  • Some features may be available via subscription or in-app purchase.
  • Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play billing system.
  • All purchases are subject to the respective store's refund policies.

  • The App, including design, logo, and content, is owned by MOJE MEDIA SDN BHD.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

  • We strive to keep the App reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur by relying solely on the App.
  • The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account and data.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

At LoNeX, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our app.

When you use our app, we may collect:

  • Personal details: Name, email, phone number (if provided).
  • Financial data you enter: Income, expenses, loans, business records.
  • Device data: Device type, operating system, app usage statistics.
  • Advertising data (Android only, and only when an ad is requested): Android advertising ID, device information, and the IP address Google uses to deliver and measure a banner ad.
👉 We do not access your bank accounts or e-wallets directly. All financial data is entered by you. We do not send your loan, income, expense, debt, or business figures to Google AdMob or to ad analytics.

We may use your data to:

  • Provide and improve app services.
  • Generate financial reports and insights for you.
  • Send reminders or notifications (if enabled).
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Ensure security and prevent misuse of the app.
  • Show a banner advertisement to eligible Android users, and record whether that banner loaded. This does not include your financial amounts.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers, including Google AdMob for advertising, as described in this policy.

  • Your data is stored securely on Firebase with encryption.
  • We implement safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access.
  • You may request for your data to be deleted anytime by contacting us.

We may share information only if:

  • Required by law or legal process.
  • Needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users.
  • With trusted third-party service providers (Firebase hosting, analytics, and Google AdMob for Android banner ads) under strict confidentiality.

On Android, LoNeX may show one Google AdMob banner on the main dashboard.

  • Who sees ads: Only users on the basic Starter plan, or users whose paid plan, 30-day trial, or 2-month Full Access claim has already expired. An active paid plan, active trial, or active promotional access does not see ads.
  • What Google may receive: The Android advertising ID, device and app information needed to request a banner, and whether an ad was requested, loaded, shown, or failed.
  • What we do not send: Loan, income, expense, debt, or business amounts, and the contents of your financial records.
  • Consent: Where required, we ask for consent before requesting an ad. If you decline, we do not request an ad.
  • Your choices: You can delete or reset the Android advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization, in your device settings under Google, then Ads. An active paid plan, trial, or promotional access also removes the banner.

Google describes how it uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold.
  • Correct any inaccurate information.
  • Withdraw consent to data usage.
  • Request data deletion.

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any major changes via the app or email.
